Premesse e obiettivi:

D.Lgs. 81/2008, articles 36 and 37, obliges those who fall under the description of executive, according to D.Lgs. 81/2008, art. 2 c.1 lett. d) at the attendance of a training course whose requirements are set by the 21/12/2011 State Regions Agreement.


This requirement is also valid for those who, without being Italian citizens, hold positions of responsibility in companies operating in Italy.

    • Subjects of the prevention system according to D.Lgs. 81/08: tasks, obligations, responsibilities and insurance protection;
    • Delegation of functions;
    • Civil and criminal liability and insurance protection;
    • The administrative responsibility according to D.Lgs. 231/2001;
    • Business qualification systems and construction licence points.

    • OHS models of organization and management (D.Lgs. 81/08, article 30).

    • Administrative and technical documentation management;
    • Obligations related to procurement or employment or administration contracts;
    • Organization and emergency management;
    • How delegations are organized and supervised;

    • The risk arising from work-related stress;
    • Gender differences, age, origin, contract type;
